Ryan Farrelly - President and Founder; Brand Advocate
Ryan is a lifetime action sport athlete participating in skateboarding, surfing and snowboarding since his youngest days. He is a passionate advocate for skating and all action sports as healthy and clean activities for boys and girls and men and women of all ages. Ryan attended the University of San Diego where he studied engineering and humanities and brings a keen eye for design and function in his role as head of product development. He also serves as the company’s champion for the Freeline brand and it’s riders ensuring it retains its roots in the skate community. Ryan is a Pro Freeline Skater.

Renee Tuzee – CEO
Freeline Sports is led by CEO Renee Tuzee, a seasoned executive and brand developer. Renee brings over 20 years of sales, marketing and management experience to the company, including P&L management expertise. Her career has been built on launching and rejuvenating struggling consumer brands in the marine, motorsports and general consumer products industries. She is the former Director of Worldwide Merchandising for Bombardier's Sea-Doo watercraft and Ski-Doo snowmobiles. She is also the former VP Marketing and dealer development for Piaggio / Vespa motor scooters and is credited with catapulting the Vespa brand to pop culture status in the U.S. Renée is a past managing partner of two national advertising / PR agencies, and serves as adjunct professor of business management at Northwood University. Renée received her BA in Communications from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and MBA from Pepperdine University.

Dennis Chateauneuf - Chairman and COO
Dennis is a resourceful leader, holding an MBA degree in Finance and Operations and has over 20 years of success in C-level positions funding, establishing, developing, and scaling growth-oriented international and domestic companies. He is known for his keen eye in operations and ability to make strategic decisions to improve operations, customer acquisition and retention, and financial performance. Dennis has held senior level positions with Sun Microsystems, Shiva Corporation, Spider Systems in Edinburgh, Scotland and Coppercom Corporation with extensive global operating experience. He also has extensive experience as a founder and senior manager in start-up companies leading financing activities and liquidity transactions, including M&A and IPO.

Charles W. Redepenning, Jr. – Global Business Development
Chuck served as General Counsel and Secretary of Stride Rite since March 1998, President of Stride Rite International Corp. since December 1999 and COO of Stride Rite until his departure in 2008. At Stride Rite he managed iconic American footwear brands including Keds, Sperry Top-Sider, Saucony and Tommy Hilfiger. Chuck also has extensive intellectual property experience, has served as general counsel for several large companies, and has experience as a Board member of public companies. He has extensive global footwear / soft goods experience, with significant time spent in corporate development and licensing.
